1 General Terms & Conditions

Zt99 (operated by ZT99 International Ltd.) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the zt99.bio website and all its services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and all other countries where zt99 operates. You are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of the country or region from which you access the platform.

Zt99's Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. A notice will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on zt99:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming or betting is fully prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.

If false information is provided at registration, zt99 reserves the right to close the account at any time. A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Zt99 currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Correct payment details must be added to your account before making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from zt99:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All zt99 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit. A 30x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.
• Daily Cashback: Cashback is paid at a set rate on your daily net losses. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a bonus for each successful referral. The referred friend must complete their first deposit.

Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited. zt99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on zt99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Zt99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Rules for pre-match and live betting may differ.
• Zt99's designated exchange rate applies to all currency conversions.
• Placing the same bet from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and fish games each have their own specific rules, detailed on the respective game pages. In any betting dispute, zt99's server logs shall serve as the final and binding evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zt99 and may result in permanent account termination:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit any system bug or technical error.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by opening multiple accounts.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Harassing other users or attempting to damage the platform's reputation.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Zt99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of Terms and Conditions is suspected.
• False information found during KYC verification.
• If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected.
• Multiple accounts found to be held by the same person.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

Before closing an account, zt99 will notify the user via email or live chat and give them the opportunity to explain their case. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated.

9 Responsible Gaming

Zt99 is committed to responsible gaming and to safeguarding the mental and financial well-being of our users. The following features are available to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: You will receive an automatic alert after a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion Break: You can pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: You have the option to permanently close your account at any time.

12 Terms Changes & Effective Date

Zt99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Registered members will be notified by email.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
